FIDA – Football Integration Development Association is an Australian Rules football competition for players with an intellectual disability.
FIDA is the leading organisation in inclusive football for male or female between the ages of 14 – 40 (over 40 with medical certificate). Players of all abilities enjoy a caring environment that promotes fitness, fun, friendship and a real sense of belonging. Participation develops life-skills, self-esteem, confidence and improved health. Sunbury Lions are in the Central Conference playing on a Sunday.
